Our Founder

Sarah Gould-Stotts - Owner of Simple Meeting Solutions - in-person, virtual or hybrid corporate meeting and event planning

Sarah Gould-Stotts has planned and executed strategic events in both the nonprofit and private sectors for fifteen years. After spending most of her career as an in-house corporate event planner, she decided to follow her entrepreneurial spirit and founded her own company. Working to solve the challenges she faced as an in-house planner, Sarah launched Simple Meeting Solutions with the goal of offering high-quality event planning and management services dedicated to corporate meetings and events.

Sarah graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in English and business from Southwestern University and earned her Certified Meeting Professional credential in 2015.

She was selected by the Professional Convention Management Association as one of the Top 20 in their Twenties in the meetings industry in 2016.
