Senior Planner
Alissa Cotroneo-Brown, CMP, is a dynamic corporate event professional with over a decade of experience delivering large-scale, high-impact events. Specializing in strategic project management and event marketing in the B2B sector, she has orchestrated global and regional events for more than 1,000 attendees while seamlessly managing budgets, sponsorships, logistics, and cross-functional teams. With a proven ability to streamline operations and develop scalable processes, Alissa excels at creating memorable experiences that drive engagement and ROI. As a Certified Meeting Professional, she combines creativity with operational expertise to align event strategies with client goals and brand objectives. Her background also includes leadership in corporate giving initiatives, executive engagement programs, and community campaigns, making her a versatile asset in any event setting. When she's not planning exceptional events, Alissa enjoys exploring ways to inspire connection and balance through her passion for creativity, animals, and wellness.
Sarah Gould-Stotts, CMP
President, Principal Planner
Sarah Gould-Stotts, CMP is an expert event professional with 18 years of experience planning strategic events in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors. Dedicated to the belief that events are investments that should move organizations forward, Sarah has leveraged her meticulous attention to detail, her adept project management skills, and strong communication skills to create value for her corporate clients through events ranging in size from 20 to 2,000 people. Sarah spent many years as an in-house event planner for one of the world’s largest real estate companies and employes her “macro-minded, micro-focused” approach to planning strategic events that have maximum impact. Sarah founded Simple Meeting Solutions in 2018 to provide best-in-class planning and consulting services for corporate events. Sarah graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in English and business from Southwestern University and earned her Certified Meeting Professional credential in 2015. She was selected by the Professional Convention Management Association as one of the Top 20 in their Twenties in the meetings industry in 2016.
Courtney King
Associate Planner
Courtney King is a dynamic event planner and professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Southwestern University. Currently serving as an Associate Planner at Simple Meeting Solutions, she excels in orchestrating corporate events, managing logistics, and enhancing client experiences through meticulous attention to detail. Her previous role as Development Officer at the Houston Museum of Natural Science saw her successfully elevate fundraising events, significantly increasing revenue while overseeing logistics for large-scale gatherings. With extensive experience across diverse event settings, including weddings and corporate functions, Courtney combines her strong organizational skills, eye for design, and creativity to tailor each event to her clients' unique needs, giving her all to create impactful and memorable experiences.
