Project Assessment
We conduct a brief introductory call to get to know you and your project. We will subsequently provide a custom scope of work based on the details of your event and a services contract to confirm the project.
Strategy Phase
In this phase, we want to understand your objectives and your vision. We build out your event concept and create one-of-a-kind content ideas for each component of the event.
Planning Phase
Once the event strategy is in place, we provide an overview of planning milestones, a communication plan, and a detailed budget. We piece together all the event details, provide options for your approval, and keep you in the loop at all times.
Execution Phase
Our team of event professionals manage all components of the event onsite to ensure attendees have an optimal event experience and our clients can focus on getting the most out the event.
After the event concludes, we measure the performance of the program against objectives and we provide key data points that demonstrate the event’s business value.
