These Text Messaging Terms & Conditions ("Messaging Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Simple Meeting Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from Simple Meeting Solutions, you agree to these Messaging Terms.

 

1. Program Description. Simple Meeting Solutions sends informational text messages — such as event schedule reminders, session start times, venue and room locations, transportation details, and time-sensitive schedule changes — to individuals who have registered for an event planned and managed by Simple Meeting Solutions and who have opted in to receive such messages.

 

2. Consent. When you opt in, you give your consent directly to Simple Meeting Solutions, and messages are sent to you by Simple Meeting Solutions. Consent is collected through our event registration and messaging opt-in form, where you provide your mobile phone number and check a consent box that is unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registering for, attending, or participating in any event, and is not a condition of any purchase.

 

3. Message Frequency. Message frequency varies. Messages are generally sent only during the days of, and immediately surrounding, the event for which you registered, and only as needed for schedule reminders and changes.

 

4. Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

 

5. Opting Out. You can cancel the messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to you. To rejoin, opt in again through the registration form.

 

6. Help. For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at concierge@simplemeetingsolutions.com.

 

7. Privacy — No Sharing of Mobile Information. Your mobile phone number and your text-messaging opt-in consent are collected by Simple Meeting Solutions. You give consent directly to Simple Meeting Solutions. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No customer data is shared with any third parties. Mobile information is used solely by Simple Meeting Solutions to deliver the event communications you requested. 8. Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

9. Changes. We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
